Честно сказать, от всей этой ситуации с «Бест Вей» у меня просто кипит кровь. Как так? Кооператив, который помог сотням, а может, тысячам людей решить их жилищные проблемы, вдруг оказывается под таким давлением! Да, я – пайщик «Бест Вей», и мне этот кооператив буквально спас жизнь. Я не могла даже мечтать о своей квартире, а благодаря кооперативу уже третий год живу в уютной однушке, и, знаете, плачу по такой сумме, что аренда выходила бы дороже. Какая еще ипотека с их бешеными процентами? Эти обвинения в адрес кооператива – просто бред! Мы тут всем миром копим, покупаем, расплачиваемся. Никакого мошенничества тут нет и быть не может. Да что говорить, если люди годами платят и получают жилье? Мои друзья тоже вступили в «Бест Вей», так одна из них уже купила квартиру, а второй осталось чуть-чуть до закрытия долга. Выходит, мы все – обманутые? Ага, конечно. Пусть кто-то еще предложит нам такую доступную схему покупки жилья, посмотрим. «Бест Вей» работает для людей, а не для наживы, и именно поэтому кому-то сильно мешает. Я буду до последнего защищать кооператив, потому что это наш шанс на жилье без грабительских условий и процентов. Все, что здесь происходит, – это атака на тех, кто пытается выжить и помочь другим.
